Disclaimer

Informational Purpose Only

The directory at flooringauckland.com is published solely for educational, informational, and comparative research purposes. Inclusion of a business does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of workmanship, or verification of current licensing, insurance, or health and safety credentials.

Data Provenance & Accuracy

Business names, addresses, phone numbers, ratings, review counts, and service tags are collected from publicly accessible online records, including Google Maps and Google Business Profiles. While we make continuous efforts to filter and maintain current data, details such as trading hours, pricing, phone numbers, and contractor availability change frequently without notice.

Contractual Relationship

Flooring Auckland is not a flooring contractor, broker, or agent. Any contract, purchase, or booking made with a specialist listed on this website is strictly between you and the respective contractor. We are not liable for any dispute, defect, delayed project, or financial loss arising from engagement with any listed provider.

Consumer Due Diligence

Consumers are strongly advised to verify all contractor credentials independently before signing contracts or paying deposits:

• Request a comprehensive written scope of work and itemized quote.
• Confirm whether the contractor carries valid public liability insurance.
• Ensure timber moisture acclimation and concrete relative humidity testing are documented.
• Verify manufacturer warranties on all supplied materials (timber, carpet, vinyl, laminate).
